Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Café Don Relo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.

Due to the nature of coffee as a food and consumable product, coffee purchases are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except when otherwise required by law or as provided in our Refund & Return Policy for qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
