At Café Don Relo, we take great care in preparing and shipping our coffee to ensure that every order arrives fresh and in excellent condition.

Coffee Products – All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of coffee as a food and consumable product, all coffee sales are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returned coffee products, whether opened or unopened.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order, including the product type and quantity, before completing their purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact Café Don Relo within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and shipping packaging

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and assist you with the shipping carrier.

Café Don Relo is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

We are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request if the order has not yet been processed.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is issued because of an error made by Café Don Relo.
